Our Grade A hot-washed PET flakes are sourced exclusively from food-grade PET bottles, with less than 5% non-food bottles. Thanks to our hot washing process and rigorous quality control, we guarantee a pure, high-performance product.
Our systematic analyses ensure minimal contamination rates — PVC under 50 PPM, metals and other polymers under 10 PPM, glue and colored PET under 50 PPM. This strict standard protects your machinery and guarantees the quality of your finished products.
Stable intrinsic viscosity between 0.72 and 0.76 dl/g, melting temperature of 252°C, controlled moisture under 0.7%, and calibrated particle size between 2 and 10 mm. The clear and light blue appearance of our flakes allows for maximum value in your applications.
